Where can I ship crab cakes?
Anywhere in the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

When can I ship crab cakes?
We ship Monday through Friday only. Friday shipments will incur additional shipping cost. Orders can be placed at anytime.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders overnight through FedEx Overnight

When will my crab cakes arrive?
For same day shipping, the order needs to be placed by 10am that day. The crab cakes typically arrive by 3 pm the next day. For transit times to your area please visit www.fedex.com.

What if my order does not arrive by its scheduled delivery time?
When your order is finally shipped we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our shipper's website. You will be able to track your order there. If you are still having problems you can call us toll free at 1-877-203-5679 and we can further assist you.

Does someone need to be there to accept the delivery?
No, although if the package is left and something happens to it an/or it is left outside too long, we can not be held responsible. If the order is a gift we recommend sending it to the person's work if possible.

How do you package the crab cakes?
Each portion is in a reusable container, we then clear wrap the container. The shipping box is cardboard with 1‡ “ walls of insulation, top, bottom & sides. The crab cake mix is sandwiched between frozen gel packs. The crab cake mix will stay cold for a minimum of 24 hours and up to 54 hours depending on the weather.

What is the maximum amount of portions I can order?
For same day shipping, you can order up to 10 36oz portions. For larger orders please place your order at least 2 days in advance.

Do you have different sized portions?
We offer a 36 oz. portions, Larger portions can be arranged.Please call in order.

Do you cook the crab cake mix before you ship?
No, never, we freshly prepare portions the same day we ship, never frozen, never cooked, just the freshest crab cake available on line, possibility anywhere.



What sets your crab cakes apart from others?
The Cadillac Crab Cake mix is made by Riverfalls Seafood Co., hand formed and baked at Home. The Cadillac Crab Cake begins with a traditional Chesapeake Bay style recipe using only the finest ingredients with very little “filler”. This recipe, combined with our exclusive COLOSSAL LUMP crabmeat, produce a crabcake far superior to any other. Made fresh daily with the finest ingredients, shipped fresh overnight, formed and baked at home.

How should I handle the crab cakes one they are received?
Your Crabcake mix was made fresh the day before you receive it and can be kept refrigerated for up to 5 days before cooking. Once cooked, your Crabcakes can be kept refrigerated for up to another 5 days. Obviously we recommend you use your Crabcake mix as soon as possible, but the mix can be formed into Crabcakes and frozen. Simply form and wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze. Do not thaw and refreeze. We do not recommend freezing cooked Crabcakes.
