Small Batches
Our Cadillac Crab Cakes are made by hand in small batches of
10lbs each, the crabmeat is gently folded in to maintain those
big, succulent lumps of CRABMEAT! Our unique recipe provides you with a crabcake
mix that can be baked, broiled or sauteed.
Your Crabcake mix was made fresh the day before you received it and can be kept refrigerated for up to 5 days before cooking. Once cooked, your Crabcakes can be kept refrigerated for up to another 5 days. Obviously we recommend you use your Crabcake mix as soon as possible, but the mix can be formed into Crabcakes and frozen. Simply form and wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze. Do not thaw and refreeze. We do not recommend freezing cooked Crabcakes.
